Description: Hari Das has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation in the tradition of her teacher, Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga and White Tantric Yoga for over 25 years. She continues to teach and heal in her long-standing practice in La Jolla, California, and has a position at the La Jolla-based Scripps Integrative Medicine as the Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Awareness Instructor.
