Please view the schedule below for upcoming Classes and regular morning Sadhanas. If you find a class you would like to take and have not been there, we recommend getting in touch with the teacher to confirm the time and place are correct.

Monday Kundalini Yoga with Dhyan 7 to 8 :15pm  donation
Tuesday Kundalini Yoga with Guru Mantra Singh 7 to 8:15  $10
Wednesday  Yogic Healing (Sat Nam Rasayan) with Guru Mantra Singh 7 to 9pm  $15
Thursday   Yogic Healing (Sat Nam Rasayan) with Meherbani 6:30 to 8:30pm  $15
(all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced students welcome)
