I  have been studying Sat Nam Rasayan with Guru Mantra and Meherbani since 1997.  It has definitely been a positive life changing class.  I had studied kundalini yoga in my teens and practiced it erratically throughout my life.  When I was finishing acupuncture school in ’97 I felt like something was missing in my training, that deep connection to “source” or whatever you want to call it.  After I started Wednesday night classes with them I felt that I could make that connection for myself and hopefully for my patients.  My sons have also learned a lot from the Sat Nam Rasayn classes. Practicing SNR helps give them clairity.

I am currently in the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training course.   I am very happy I followed my intuition to deepen my spiritual practice and ground myself in everyday life by participating in this event.  I am using the techniques we are being shown and teaching others to experience the infinite possibilities of body, mind & spirit connection.  I highly recommend this course.

I have mostly attended events in connection with Guru Dev, these have been well organized, well located
and always provided beautiful food.  All events have always honored the kundalini lineage and the legacy of Yogi Bhajan. I personally can’t thank all the members of the San Diego Kundalini family enough for their on going presence and generosity of spirit.

My initial idea  in attending classes was to get exposed and familiar to various yoga practices and learn more about them. However, Kundalini yoga became a regular practice for me and I appreciate it more and more… It helps my breathing patterns, centers me and it almost feel like a base for any other yoga practice.  I would highly recommend Kundalini yoga to anyone, regardless of them having a yoga practice or not.

I have been participating in Kundalini Yoga classes and Sat Nam Rasayan classes through SD3HO since 2006. SD3HO itself has an inclusive open hearted kindness that provides comfort and safety and invites you to participate in myriad experiences that are rich and deepening. In addition to the classes I have attended regularly for 6 years, I have also been to the Yogi Bhajan video, meditation and tostada dinners, special moon meditation gatherings, Akhand Path twice a year, where we are given an opportunity to be a part of a 72 hour continuous reading of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, a sacred text in the Sikh Tradition, and much more. The learning has been profound and deepening for my own spiritual practice and journey. In the Kundalini Yoga classes, one can either experience the continuity of one teacher or get a smattering of various teachers, both of which are an enriching and expansive experience for the student. In Sat Nam Rasayan classes, I have felt cared for, accepted, and always offered new and powerfully useful healing skills and deep meditative practices. Our teacher, Meherbani, creates an atmosphere of ease and inclusion, and teaches us how to allow the energies of life to simply be what they are. I have learned how to notice and move through resistances that carry far beyond the classroom into my day to day life. There is a sacredness to this practice, and it is always presented with respect and honor for the history of Sat Nam Rasayan through the ages. I highly recommend any of the classes and events offered through SD3HO and have personally brought several friends and colleagues into the rooms of many classes and events.

I got started with Kundalini Yoga with Hari Das in San Diego and continue the practice now where I live in Kansas City.  Every chance I get to visit San Diego includes a yoga class at the Integrated Medicine facility and a welcome sense of coming home!  The teaching is world class and always directed towards the needs of the students.  Kundalini Yoga is a great blend of yoga and spiritual fulfillment.  Even if you have never done yoga you can do Kundalini Yoga!!
