10 weekends of Kundalini Yoga training in theory and practice. Taught by experienced senior teachers trained by Yogi Bhajan Phd.

Kundalini Yoga teacher training, is a 220 hours KYI and Yoga Alliance certified course  program. It is open to any person interested and wanting to explore the transformational effects of Kundalini Yoga. You will develop the spiritual discipline and skills needed to become a Level 1 certified teacher and learn how to deepen your spiritual experience to gain self knowledge, love and acceptance to attract what you need in your life.

The course content includes:

 

1. Kundalini Yoga: breath, postures, relaxation, meditation
2. Yogic Cosmology and Philosophy
3. The Self Sensory System and the Aquarian Age
4. How to give a Kundalini Yoga class
5. Physiological Anatomy and its relationship to Kundalini Yoga
6. How to take care of the body: diet, hydrotherapy, massage, gong bath
7. Subtle Anatomy: how to use the energy of life
8. Chakras
9. The Ten bodies
10. Tantric Numerology
11. The mind: learning to meditate to deeper levels
12. Sat Nam Rasayan: A healing technique.
13. Kundalini Yoga: get rid of neurosis/stress.
14. Humanology:  Kundalini yoga as a lifestyle
15. Conscious Communication
16. Sound current: a QuantumTechnique to raise the Kundalini and open the chakras
17. Yoga and death
18. A spiritual teacher: the stages in the spiritual path
19. Prosperity and success

 Optional courses:

1. Rebirth: Kundalini Yoga meditation to clean layers of the subconscious mind.
2. Women’s course, Men’s course and a couple’s course.
3. 5 free Gurmukhi classes

5. 20 (free) Kundalini yoga classes

7:00am – 5:00pm Saturdays
7:00am – 3:30pm Sundays

Early Registration Discount:
$2,995.00
DEADLINE: September 24th

Payment Plan:
$3,295.00 total

$880 down ($780 if received before 9/24) plus 7 payments of $345 due the 10th of each month from November to May. 

Automatic payment of $345 will occur on the 10th of each month unless other arrangements are made.  Monthly payment late fee of $25 applies after 10 days of non-payment.  Bounced checks are $35 in addition to bank fees.
