Each day includes a sunrise Kundalini yoga class, gong bath, and meditation designed to remove toxins, energize your metabolism, and increase your daily energy and vitality. You will feel more alive and awake at work during the day and sleep well at night.

The eleven day detoxification process will begin to purify your cells at your own pace, power and compassion. The cleanse will get you into shape physically, emotionally, and spiritually just in time for summer. The exploration will start during the energy of the waning moon for removal of old habits and behaviors, then transition and build into the spring equinox on March 20th(most powerful energy day of the year) followed by the new moon on March 22nd, 2012 to maximize the benefits of renewal.
