3HO Foundation at Cosmic Flow, is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization, founded in San Diego in 1972 and incorporated in 1976. We offer Kundalini Yoga Classes as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Sat Nam Rasayan Healing as taught by Guru Dev Singh, free healing clinics, community service and much more.

We are one of the more than 300 centers in 35 countries inspired by the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., Master of Kundalini Yoga.

The 3HO Foundation, founded by Yogi Bhajan in 1969, revolves around the simple belief that to be healthy, happy and holy is the essence of a fulfilled life.

So effective and influential has the 3HO Foundation become, that in May of 1994, it was recognized by the United Nations as a Non-Governmental Organization. Since then, Yogi Bhajan’s wife, Bibi Inderjit Kaur, Ph.D., and other 3HO Representatives have attended and made presentations at numerous UN sponsored forums, conferences and functions.

Here in San Diego we have held dear the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, and for the last 30 years we have been dedicated to the advancement of the individual through education, science and spiritual development.

It just gets better, every day and in every way.
