Event Information:
Enjoy Kundalini yoga and meditation in the beautiful and peaceful outdoor setting of San Diego Botanic Garden. Admission to the Garden is included in the class fee. Registration in advance on the SDBG web site is appreciated, but not required. Be sure to bring a blanket to cover yourself during relaxation, as the evening temperatures tend to be unpredictable.
